Mandate Assessment
We assess the business for mandate suitability. Not every business is right for our process — we are selective about the mandates we take on, because our reputation depends on delivering results.

Confidential Preparation
We prepare the business for market — financial packaging, information memorandum, valuation positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Everything is handled with complete confidentiality.

Controlled Buyer Process
We approach a controlled list of qualified buyers. We do not list the business publicly. Every buyer is screened before they receive an information memorandum, and every approach is made under NDA.

Negotiation and Settlement
We manage the negotiation process, facilitate due diligence, and coordinate with legal and financial advisors through to settlement. Our fee is payable only when the transaction completes.
Commission Structure
Success-Fee Only.
Payable on Settlement.
No retainer. No risk to the vendor. Our commission is entirely success-based and is structured on a sliding scale — the larger the transaction, the lower the percentage. All fees are + GST.
